Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Pre-Owned Furniture
All pre-owned furniture sales are final and not eligible for return or refund. Pre-owned items are sold as-is after professional cleaning and inspection. Minor wear consistent with prior use is not considered damage or defect.
Brand-New Furniture
Brand-new furniture may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition

All original packaging must be intact

The customer is responsible for return shipping or delivery fees

A return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery
Once the 30-day return window has passed, all sales become final.
Damaged Items

Any damage that occurs during shipping or delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, along with clear photo evidence.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted for:

Buyer’s remorse

Comfort preference

Normal variations in color, texture, or materials

Items without original packaging

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment minus any delivery or handling fees, once the returned item is inspected and approved.
