       At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

         Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

         Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated prior to order confirmation.

         Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


Local Delivery

         Local delivery may be available in select areas.

         Delivery fees vary based on distance, item size, and delivery requirements.

         Customers are responsible for ensuring:

    • Clear access to the delivery location

    • Adequate doorway, hallway, and stair clearance

    • Removal of existing furniture, if needed

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, additional fees may apply.


Delivery Appointments

          Scheduled delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed.

          Missed delivery appointments may result in additional delivery or rescheduling fees.


Damage During Shipping or Delivery

         Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

         Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, along with clear photo evidence.

         Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for replacement or refund.


Risk of Loss

Ownership and responsibility for the product transfer to the customer upon delivery. The Couch Connect is not responsible for damage or loss after delivery has been completed.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information. The Couch Connect is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
