By accessing and using this website or purchasing from The Couch Connect, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this site in any way that could harm, disrupt, or misuse The Couch Connect or its services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.


2. Products & Descriptions

The Couch Connect sells both brand-new and pre-owned furniture.

  • Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided to the best of our ability.

  • Colors, materials, and textures may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

  • Measurements are approximate and provided as a guide.

Pre-owned items are professionally cleaned and inspected, but may show minor signs of previous use consistent with second-hand furniture.


3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Full payment is required before orders are processed, shipped, or delivered.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraud.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping

  • We ship within the United States only.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Once an order has shipped, The Couch Connect is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

Local Delivery

  • Local delivery options may be available depending on your location.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the delivery location, including doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery is scheduled.


5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Pre-Owned Furniture

All pre-owned furniture sales are final and not eligible for return or refund. Pre-owned items are sold as-is after professional cleaning and inspection. Minor wear consistent with prior use is not considered damage or defect.


Brand-New Furniture

Brand-new furniture may be returned within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be intact

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping or delivery fees

  • A return request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery

Once the 3-day return window has passed, all sales become final.


Damaged Items

  • Any damage that occurs during shipping or delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, along with clear photo evidence.

  • Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Comfort preference

  • Normal variations in color, texture, or materials

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment minus any delivery or handling fees, once the returned item is inspected and approved.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may not be canceled once processing, shipping, or delivery scheduling has begun.

  • Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled or refunded.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are sold “as is” and “as available” unless otherwise stated in writing.
The Couch Connect makes no guarantees regarding the lifespan, performance, or future condition of any product, especially pre-owned items.


8. Limitation of Liability

The Couch Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.


9. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, branding, logos, and product descriptions are the property of The Couch Connect and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.


10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, or website functionality. The Couch Connect is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
